It’s a pesky habit that many of us fall into- a habit of looking “over there” at that person, situation or circumstance and comparing where he / she / they are at in comparison to where it is we are at or where it is we think we should be at. And instead of using that as a point of inspiration that we can feed into our strategy and movements forward, we instead bat ourselves over the head with it and use it as an excellent excuse to beat ourselves us.

And you know what? It doesn’t have to be like that. So how is it we can use that recognition point as a point of inspiration rather than a point of deflation? Excellent question! Let’s talk about that now….
