Hi, I’m Jane 👋 For the past 15 years, I’ve run my own business, Confident Rider, and within that, a thriving membership program called JoyRide.

I’ve taught innumerable online courses, collaborated in person and online with other coaches and trainers from all over the world, and have become proficient at navigating the various pitfalls and hurdles that inevitably come up along the way.

I’m also part of a neurodiverse family, homeschool our two kids, have horses myself and a small farm, and am my family’s bread- winner. 

I understand what it means to need to show up for your work, whilst also taking care of yourself and what is most likely a full and busy life.

And if you are just starting out or finding your way, I get it:

I started as an unknown living in the middle of nowhere, I built thriving businesses from scratch with no money or backing.

To boil it all down I’ve:

As a non profit leader with over 20 years experience in founding, building and growing a non profit organization, I was at a major crossroads in my career as I imagined what I wanted my organization to be, what I wanted my job to look like and what I wanted my life/work balance to be. I was still passionate about my work but was experiencing doubt as to how to direct my limited time and energy resources to facilitate growth in a personal and professional capacity that was healthy and realistic.

Jane's ability to listen closely, to care about the outcome, to relate to my experience helped me build the trust I needed to be able to make difficult decisions and to see the picture in a more broad and objective way. This coaching is designed primarily for service-based equestrian businesses — trainers, coaches, creatives, or anyone offering services and programs. That’s where my deepest expertise lies.

If you’re product-based, some of the strategy and support may still be useful, but the best results come from working with service-based models.

That’s totally fine. Whether you’re laying foundations or already established, the support is tailored to where you’re at. If you’re in the early stages, we’ll focus on clarity, building blocks, and sustainable systems to get you moving forward with confidence.

Our Zoom calls are 60–75 minutes each month, and beyond that the coaching flexes to your schedule. Voxer support means you can check in on the go — from the barn, between clients, or during your downtime. You don’t need to set aside big chunks of time to benefit.
