Exploring the Heart of Confidence with Horses & Within Yourself

In this workshop, we will explore how the courage to trust ourselves—our intuition, hunches, and saying ‘yes’ to what resonates with us—is founded in knowing we are enough.

Then, grounded in our worthiness, we can make choices, live our uniqueness and grow more confident as we keep coming home to our heart.

Together, we'll look at...

  • Exploring: What is confidence? Why is feeling like we’re not enough so common and debilitating? How does it impact confidence?
  • Both inspirational and practical (on the spot) ways to tune into and trust ourselves.
  • How to stay true to and come home to our hearts in the face of criticism, judgment, and fear
  • How to ‘play with’ these ideas to enrich our relationships with our horses and build confidence in the saddle – no matter our experience level.

This workshop is for you if...

  • You’ve ever felt like you’ll never get where you want to be because you’re not… talented enough, smart enough, good enough – or – you don’t have a horse that’s good enough – or you don’t have enough money, etc.

  • You’re interested in growing confidence through authenticity and success according to you – and not by external criteria only.

  • You want to let go of comparing yourself to others or feeling diminished in certain situations, i.e., lessons.

  • You want to understand more about confidence within, belonging to yourself, and how to cultivate it.

The On Being Enough Workshop will include...

Two, 90 minute Zoom group calls

Session 1 (July 9th, 3 pm CDT):  Together, we will explore inspirational and practical ways to cultivate confidence through the lens of worthiness, authenticity and vulnerability – on and off of your horse.

Session 2 (July 11th, 3pm CDT): Our second session will be based on your curiosities, requests for clarification, or desire to get real-life applications to your situation. We will dig deeper into what we explored during the first call according to the needs of the group members.

And if you want a little extra support...

In addition to the workshop, we are also offering a joint mentoring option facilitated by both Barbra and Jane. This group will offer increased and ongoing support driven by your personal circumstances and questions.

The mentoring group will be limited to 20 people.

With our combined expertise, we will collaborate with you to develop a personalized plan to grow your confidence and self-trust both in and out of the saddle.

The additional mentoring package includes:

  • Access to the On Being Enough workshop
  • 3 additional group calls delivered via Zoom. All calls are recorded if you are unable to make the live sessions.
  • Mentoring call dates are July 15, 22 and August 6, at 3pm CDT.
  • A customized plan you evolve and adjust over the three calls that allows you and your
horse to progress in a holistic way
  • A private Facebook group for all 20 members with Jane and Barb.
