WHAT: An online training session to help settle your nervous system, soften your mind and create the circumstances to allow for deep and restful sleep.

An exploration of movement practices and understandings to help decompress and unwind tension, and move towards restoration and relaxation.

COST: Free for JoyRide Members, $20 USD for non-members

Session recording will be sent out to all sign ups if you are unable to make it live and will be available for viewing 14 days after the end of the live session.
