The Goal Getters are an intimate group of riders looking for an increased level of support and accountability to help them step into their riding dreams.
It’s all about active participation and support, regardless of where it is you are at or what you goal is. You don’t have to be riding at a certain level or have competitive aspirations to be a part of Goal Getters. All that is required is an all in attitude and an enthusiasm to embrace all the riding possibility available to you.
Together we formulate a 3 month goal and work out a plan of action to step you progressively and incrementally forward.
No more hiding in the shadows. It’s go time.

So how does it work?
Goal Getters is place for you to receive increased support and accountability for you to achieve your riding goals. Being a member of the Goal Getters comes with an increased level of accountability, an extra level of support and an all-in attitude.
Here’s the low down of what you will receive and what I will expect…
Your Goal
This part’s really exciting (well, it’s all exciting but this part in particular!). Over the first few days, we work together to really nail down your goal for the next 3 months and then put an effective plan in place to bring it to life. We will do this by way of materials that I provide you with as part of the Goal Getter program, and support in the Facebook group.
You will also receive a digital copy of the Confident Rider Training Journal and you are expected to incorporate this as part of you regular training plan (it’s a great one to gain clarity and accelerate your training goals).
Accountability & Support
This is a big one. At the beginning of each week, you are expected to submit to me a questionnaire that I will post in the Facebook group telling me where you are at, any questions that you have and any challenges you are facing. I will make you a video reply in return and provide you with unlimited support over the week in alignment with your needs and goals for the time.

As part of the Goal Getters, you will have access to:
+ Weekly Video Accountability check ins sessions which are posted in the Goal Getters Facebook Group. I will post the check in form on Monday’s NZST and have the video reply to you Tuesday NZST.
+ You have an unlimited level of support from me via the Goal Getters Facebook group. This is about creating momentum, accountability and targeted support to help you achieve your goals.
+ Please note, Goal Getter groups are an addition to JoyRide membership and are designed for those wanting a higher level of accountability and support

The Nitty Gritty
The next round of Goal Getters will kick off August 27th, 2918. The group is limited to a maximum of 10 riders. The investment is $197 USD per month, with a minimum commitment of three months. Any questions, tag me in the group or email jane@confidentrider.online.
