Speed Dial Access to Coaching Support & Expertise As And When You Need It

Join me for a Coach On Call Day and get the support you need to navigate your way to the other side of your ride.

You’re feeling unsure, unconfident or unsupported in your riding life, or around a particular challenge you’re finding yourself in the midst of (haven’t we all been there!)

And while you don’t know what the answer to your problems is just yet… You certainly know what the answer ISN’T.

It’s not going it alone and just hoping it goes away.

You’ve tried that already and it’s definitely not working.

It’s not faking it ‘til you make it.

It’s like your horse can sniff you out from a mile away. As much as you try to pretend otherwise, the whole “pretend you’re confident” palava only seems to be getting you so far (which isn’t very far at all)

And it’s not continuing to try the same old techniques you always have.

Refer back to the previous two points.

You KNOW you need support to get you moving forward and put an end to the ground hog day loop.

But when you look around for options, all of the stuff out there is just… Not quite what you need.

It would be great if you could...

Have access to an coaching expert who understands exactly what it is you are going through and can give you the support and help in the moment to help navigate you through the stuck point you currently find yourself in.

How does a Coach On Call Day work?

Via a magical little app called Voxer. Voxer is a walkie-talkie app that allows us to exchange voice and text messages.

During a Coach on Call Day, we’ll be in touch over Voxer to dive deep into whatever is keeping you stuck in the place you find yourself now.

Here’s how a Coach On Call works:

1.You choose a date for your Coach on Call Day.

You don’t need to free your calendar for this. A Coach on Call Day is very feed-the-horses-do-the-jobs-look-after-the-kids-take-care-of-everything friendly.

You just need to make sure you have enough time between your day activities to listen and reply to messages – as well as the mental space to process what comes up and put it into action.

2. We get you set up on Voxer.

If you don’t have a Voxer account, you’ll create one – it’s free.

We’ll add each other on Voxer, and you can send me a message in advance to tell me more about what’s troubling you. This way, we can dive right in when your day starts.

3. When your Coach On Call Day comes, you’ll have access to me from 6:30am to 8:30 pm NZST.

Don’t worry – this isn’t hour long back to back chats, and you’re not expected or supposed to be sitting by your phone waiting for replies.

We’ll be exchanging messages throughout the day at a steady yet relaxed pace.

The best thing about a Coach On Call Day is that we have space in between messages to take action, process what we talk about (and try it out) and then get feedback and ideas once you’re on the other side.

That’s part of what makes a Coach On Call Day so effective.

After experiencing my first Coach on Call day with Jane, I know I’ll be going back for more! It felt like she was right there with me, fully understanding everything I was feeling, ready with an explanation, or an exercise to help, and as always, encouraging me. With her quick responses and suggestions, I was able to act on any anxiety before it could rise and take hold, which actually made the session with my mare more positive. It’s helped give me hope for the future and a better understanding of everything I’ve been feeling. The system is really easy to use and you have the beauty of being able to revisit your session if you want to. I’ve listened to my session over and over again and as well as reinforcing Jane’s explanations, it’s also helping keep a positive vibe around something I previously found stressful. I honestly can’t find fault with anything from my Coach on Call day and highly recommend it to anyone needing a supportive boost, in real-time, to their current situation. It was a wonderful day and I absolutely loved it! Thank you Jane for everything xx

What can we talk about or work on during a Coach On Call Day?

Here are some examples:

  • Getting past a confidence roadblock with their horse. I’ve been on tap as riders prepare to mount up to help them move past any mental and emotional roadblocks and guide them forward to the next best step
  • Competition, clinic or lesson support. Find yourself getting the heebie-jeebies when you are out and about? Could use someone on hand to have your back? I hear you. Coach On Call days can be used to help support your through this
  • Big changes or situations that you know are coming up that you could use some support and help with (even if it’s not specifically horse related)
  • Any situation that you feel like you can use an extra hand, an extra set of ears and some heartfelt encouragement with

It’s also okay if you’re not sure what you want to talk about. Sometimes we just know that things are off somehow, but can’t really tell why, right? That is exactly where I come in.

During your Coach on Call Day, I’ll be digging deep, asking questions, and keeping us on track until we get to the core of what’s getting in your way or holding you back

When you book a Coach On Call Day, what you’re really getting is…

Support from a mindset, movement & nervous system expert who a decade of experience, expertise, passion and enthusiasm to share with you. And as a rider myself, I know what it feels like to feel apprehensive and unsure (and also what it takes to get to the other side of that).

I can help you with:

  • Implementing practices in the moment to help you get back inside (or stay inside) your “I’ve got this” zone and stop you getting to the place where your mind and body leave the building (think fight, flight, freeze)
  • Softening your resistance to any current “stuck points” in your life or riding to get you out on that ground hog day loop
  • Stepping out of the negative cycle created by accident or injury
  • Providing clarity and support on what to do next, as and when it happens

Insights from a coach and horseperson who’s really good at teaching the skills of emotional self-management and understands what it takes increase your capacity to meet and process big emotions and big experiences in the moment.
