Well, to be honest, none of what I teach I consider to be a one-time deal. Instead, what I’m offering are a set of practices that both myself and the riders I’ve worked with have found effective and useful in dealing with their own negative self-talk and that gives them the tools to make sustained and lasting changes over time.

The training itself takes just under 45 minutes and you’ll be able to put what you learn into action right away.

This training is only on offer for the next 72 hours, and I’m not sure what will happen to it after that (true story!). It’s something I plan to only offer sporadically so if you want in, now is the time.
